You'll need a Payoneer account to take money out of BotPool. Not optional — it's how freelancer payouts are processed, and the account has to be registered in your name and linked to your BotPool profile.
Set it up before you need it. Most stalled withdrawals come down to a Payoneer account that hasn't finished identity verification.
A couple of things that are yours rather than ours: Payoneer's fees, and any currency conversion cost. And if Payoneer restricts or holds your account, that's between you and them — we can't lift it from our side.
