The Freelancer Agreement says BotPool uses Payoneer to process freelancer payouts, and you'll need a Payoneer account registered in your name and linked to your BotPool profile to take money out that way.
The public FAQs and homepage also list Stripe and Payoneer, with same-week payouts for most regions.
Link Payoneer under Settings → Payment Settings → Onboard Now.
Set Payoneer up before you need it. Most stalled withdrawals come down to a Payoneer account that hasn't finished identity verification. This is about withdrawals. If Payment Settings shows Pending or Not connected after Payoneer has confirmed your account, the team needs to check it.
A couple of things that are yours rather than ours: Payoneer's fees, and any currency conversion cost. And if Payoneer restricts or holds your account, that's between you and them — we can't lift it from our side.
