How and when do I get paid?

How a BotPool freelancer gets paid: escrow, client approval, the 10% fee, wallet in 3–5 business days, withdrawal via Stripe or Payoneer.

For freelancers.

Here's the whole chain for getting paid on BotPool, from the client paying to money in your bank.

  1. The client pays. BotPool holds the payment in escrow, so it's neither with the client nor with you, while you work.

  2. The client confirms they're happy with what you delivered. Nothing is released before that.

  3. BotPool deducts the 10% fee and the rest lands in your BotPool wallet within 3 to 5 business days of the client's approval.

  4. You withdraw from the wallet via Stripe or Payoneer. Payouts are same-week for most regions.

You'll need a valid Payoneer account set up and linked to your profile before you can take anything out through Payoneer. Link it under Settings → Payment Settings. The Freelancer Agreement says Payoneer is how freelancer payouts are processed. The public FAQs and homepage also list Stripe and Payoneer.

Two things to be aware of. Payoneer's own fees and any currency conversion costs come out of your side. And if a withdrawal stalls, check first whether your Payoneer account has finished identity verification — incomplete verification is the most common cause, and it's between you and Payoneer to resolve.

BotPool can also hold funds temporarily where there's a fraud risk or an open dispute on the project, so a payout that hasn't landed after 5 business days on a disputed project is expected rather than lost.
