How do I cancel, and can I get a refund?

Cancelling and refunds: marketplace hiring has a 3-day dispute window; Botpool One and BotPool Create money-back is at BotPool's discretion.

For clients. The marketplace, Botpool One and BotPool Create are separate services.

Hiring on the marketplace. If work hasn't started, you can ask to cancel.

Once it's underway it isn't automatic. Cancellations are reviewed, and refunds are decided case by case. If a freelancer doesn't deliver what was agreed, we may refund part or all of it.

If a delivery isn't right, ask for revisions first. Your payment is held in escrow — BotPool holds it until you confirm you're satisfied — so it stays there while the delivery is unresolved.

One deadline matters: disputes have to be raised within 3 days of delivery. After that the window has closed.

If a freelancer misses the deadline, message them through the platform first. If that doesn't resolve it, start the dispute process; funds stay in escrow until the delivery issue is addressed.

If you and the freelancer can't settle it between you, we'll review and decide. That decision is final within the platform.

Botpool One and BotPool Create are not the marketplace. Money-back on those is subject to approval at BotPool's discretion. Ask the team in this chat.
