How do I ask for revisions?

How to ask a BotPool freelancer for revisions, what counts as a revision, and the 3-day dispute window if revisions don't resolve it.

For clients hiring on the marketplace.

If a delivery on BotPool isn't what you agreed, ask for revisions first. Your payment is held in escrow — BotPool holds it until you confirm you're satisfied — so it stays there while this is unresolved, and there's no rush to accept something that isn't right.

Be specific about what's off against what was agreed. "This isn't what I wanted" gives a freelancer nothing to work with; "the tone is wrong for the audience we agreed, here's an example of the right one" gets it fixed.

Revisions are for the original scope. If what you're asking for is new work, that's a new agreement, and treating it as a revision is where most disputes start.

If revisions aren't getting there, disputes have to be raised within 3 days of delivery.
